They are one of the most influential ambassadors of love on Earth. We are more alike than different in our desire to be seen.
National Mutt Day was founded by Colleen Paige, a celebrity pet and family lifestyle expert and animal welfare advocate. She created the day in 2005 to celebrate mixed-breed dogs and encourage people to adopt them from shelters. National Mutt Day is celebrated twice a year, on July 31st and December 2nd.
